All your hard work and planning has to come together in the right way, at the right time and that takes knowledge and experience!  That's why I meet with you for a planning session to create a Reception Outline that shows all the details of your wedding reception from beginning to end.  

Prior to the event, I'll visit the reception site and determine which DJ speaker configuration will provide you with the best sound possible and to alert you to any potential problems.

I have you select the music you want for dancing from my extensive song list and also have you create a list of songs that you do not want played under any circumstances.

I'll take the songs that you've selected and group them into dance sets so that all your guests will be appropriately entertained.

The day of the event, I'll be set, tested and ready, 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

During the wedding reception, I'll coordinate all the events, make all the important announcements, keep you, your photographer and videographer aware of all upcoming events.

To assure that you get the best service possible, I schedule only ONE reception per day.
